I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended Central High School. After graduation I attended Hampton University and received my BA in Biology. I then went on to attend Georgetown University School of Medicine and decided to specialize in Family Medicine. I did my residency in Orlando, Florida at Florida hospital. After graduation I was in private practice for 10 years and decided to make a change and start doing urgent care (which I love!). I am married and have 2 children and a mean fur baby! Becoming a physician was the best thing that ever happened to me! I am a living example of the American dream- the first in my family to ever go to college and the first to become a physician! Follow you dreams and walk with faith! Anything is possible if you believe in yourself (corny but true!)
