To secure the shuttle, upon departure from the plane, go to nearest Baggage Claim. If you have “Checked Luggage,” please retrieve it prior to calling. Call the hotel’s main line at (972) 929-8800. The operator will ask the last name of the person calling and / or the guests in the party, as well as the Baggage Claim dock number, i.e. A16, C2, etc. The caller/guest will then be asked to take the escalator to the lower level and wait under a grey “Courtesy Van” sign. The DFW Airport Marriott hotel will generally pick-up guests within 25 minutes of receiving the call.
The hotel shuttle is primarily white with red lettering. The shuttle reads “Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott North.” Please note that there is also a South location, so ensure that you are boarding the correct shuttle. The hotel is less than 1-mile outside the North entrance to the DFW Airport.
